PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State men's basketball redshirt-freshman Myles Rice was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week for the fifth time this year, the Pac-12 Conference announced Monday. Rice, who repeated as the reigning Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, earned the weekly award in back-to-back weeks for the second time this season, and matched the WSU program record set by Mouhamed Gueye with five weekly freshman awards.
Rice led the Cougs to an overtime win at Washington, Saturday night in Seattle, finishing with 18 points, five assists, five rebounds, two steals, and only one turnover.
